Once you enroll, you will have lifetime access to all the materials included in this course. That includes all the workout videos, the weekly handouts that has all the details of the workouts, and all the pre-requisite PDFs.
Each workout will be around 20-30 minutes from start to finish. The workouts include a dynamic warm up, core conditioning and a short stretch routine at the end. The workouts are all follow along videos, but if you do not want to follow along the videos and want to work on them at your own time, all the details of the workout will be on the weekly handouts.
Yes. You can do this series all on it's own, or you can include this as a supplemental routine to your current fitness program.
A yoga mat, bosu ball and exercise ball. It is highly recommended that you have access to a bosu ball and exercise ball to maximize effectiveness of the course, but if not, there will be alternate bodyweight exercises listed that you can substitute instead.
Included in your FREE Welcome Pack is a printed workout log that you can log your workouts on.
It is recommended that you complete 3 workouts per week while in this course. Because this course is based on progressive training, each week builds on the previous week, so we want to ensure that you have developed the adequate strength and stability to move on to the next weeks workouts.
Yes. Once you enroll in the course, you will have to view the "Diaphragmatic Breathing" and "How to Engage your Core" videos and practice the exercises before you can continue on to Week 1. Those are the foundations to core training and is fundamental to succeeding in this 8-week series.
Yes! The workouts are follow along videos that include a warm up, the core workout and a cool down stretching routine. If you do not want to follow along the videos, each week there is a handout that lists out all the exercises in the workout so you can just pull that up on your phone/tablet/computer.
